Course Objective

The objective of this program is to enable the participants to understand the potential new ISO 9001:2015

QMS requirements and how it will impact to their current ISO 9001:2008 QMS. At the end of this program, participants will be able to:

~ Aware and understand
the potential ISO 9001:2015 requirements

~ Distinguish the main difference
between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements

o  Greater emphasis on the definition of scope –
the most important and critical aspect of a quality management system.

o  Focus on risk-based approach to
determine the type and extent of controls appropriate to each external
provider and all external provision of goods and services.

o  Senior management will be required to take a more active
involvement

o  There will be general requirements for documentation – “Documented
Information”, with no reference to documented quality manual, documented
procedures or to quality records

o  The need for exclusions may not be considered to be
necessary in the new version

~ Conclude the major impact
of Potential ISO 9001:2015 requirements to their own ISO 9001:2008 QMS

~ Formulate the transition plan
when ISO 9001:2015 published in near future

Participants will learn by active participation during the course – “Accelerated Learning Approach”. Case studies will be utilized to present “best practices” approaches.
